By accessing https://franklandfarm.com or placing an order with Frankland Cattle Farm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from us. We may open or close online ordering at any time (for example, during seasonal processing or before a full launch). When the store is closed, you may still browse informational pages, contact us, leave a review, or join our newsletter.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, products, and promotions may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. You represent that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Beef shares (quarter, half, or whole) involve scheduled processing and may require a deposit with the balance due before pickup or delivery. Cut sheets, timing, and yields vary by animal. We will communicate share-specific details after you reserve. Share availability is limited each season.

Depending on your order and location, we may offer farm pickup, local delivery, or shipped frozen product. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and address information and for being available at the agreed time for pickup or delivery. We describe our beef honestly, including that our cattle are 100% grass-fed on pasture in Kentucky. Weights, cut lists, and photos are approximate. We stand behind the quality of our beef and will work with you in good faith if something is not right.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frankland Cattle Farm and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Kentucky, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
