How Frankland Cattle Farm handles order issues, refunds, and returns for perishable beef.

Perishable products
Our beef is frozen and perishable. For food safety and quality, all sales are generally final once an order has been fulfilled and delivered or picked up, except as described below.
If something goes wrong
We stand behind our beef. If your order arrives damaged, thawed, incorrect, or otherwise not as expected, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Include your order details and clear photos. We will review each situation in good faith and may offer a replacement, partial credit, or refund where appropriate.
Beef shares and deposits
Beef share deposits and balances are subject to the timelines and terms communicated when you reserve. Cancellation and refund terms for shares may differ from individual cut orders and will be explained at reservation.
