Overview
Frankland Cattle Farm sells frozen, perishable beef. We pack orders with care so product stays cold in transit. Shipping methods, timing, and eligibility depend on your location and what you order.
Shipped orders (cuts and boxes)
- Individual cuts and curated beef boxes ship frozen in insulated packaging when available for your area.
- Processing time varies by product and season. We will communicate expected timelines when relevant.
- Shipping rates and carriers are calculated at checkout through Shopify based on your delivery address.
- We currently focus on customers in and around Kentucky. If you are outside our shipping area, contact us before ordering.
Beef shares
Quarter, half, and whole beef shares are often fulfilled through farm pickup or coordinated local delivery rather than standard parcel shipping. We will confirm schedule, cut options, and handoff details after you reserve a share.
Delivery and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier for shipped orders, or upon pickup or handoff for farm and local deliveries, unless otherwise required by law. Inspect your order promptly when it arrives. If anything arrives damaged or thawed, contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund Policy.
